LOVE this place! I was looking for glasses that are unique and stylish -- something beyond what you find everywhere else. This place has such a great variety of awesome frames! (I normally don't like glasses on me at all, and I honestly can say that I had difficulty narrowing down my choices to even a few pairs since they were all so great!!) Customer service was REALLY excellent, too! Definitely recommend and will go back again (as soon as I can save up for another pair, lol!)

We originally went for glasses for my daughter. She, of course, forgot her hat. Jodi was so great and held on to the hat for us when we picked up my daughter's glasses. Those glasses were great.

When it was time for me to get new glasses, we went back. My daughter forgot her kitty stuffie at that time. My new glasses were amazing but rubbed funny on my nose bridge. Jodi heated them up and now they fit perfectly.

I've been wearing contacts for the last ~10 years, but these glasses are so perfect, I haven't even ordered my contacts yet.

Jodie really helped me out...all the way from Uppsala, Sweden!! She went out of her way...calling me from the other side of the world...maybe she just wanted to make a call to Sweden :) I don't trust anyone else with my glasses. Thank you, Jodie! In Sweden, we say - Tusen tack!

I was at a loss when I discovered that no optometrist in the San Francisco Bay Area carried the Kazuo Kawasaki frames.  It was certainly as a last resort that I turned to the computer and East Millcreek Eyewear for a new pair of eyeglasses that were going to be very expensive.  I could not believe how helpful, cooperative and reliable you were.  Talking to you put my concerns to rest.  But to top it all off, when I received the eyeglasses I was absolutely overjoyed to discover that the correction in the lenses was perfect and the frames fit without any adjustment.  Thank you very much.  I will indeed be contacting you again.

I got my glasses back today and they're fantastic! Thanks for doing such a great job...but I agree, the person who put the glass in last time cut the holes too big (ugh) so as you said they probably won't last long - and next time I will send them to you!!!  

In the meantime, if I get any other new frames ( thinking of some Celine frames), I will get my exact prescription and have them sent to you to be done.
